鑄造高溫合金研發中的應用基礎研究BASIC RESEARCH IN R&D OF CAST SUPERALLOY

鑄造高溫合金用于制造航空、航天、能源等領域高端裝備的核心熱部件，其研發涉及多種材料、多個學科，先進鑄造高溫合金材料的應用水平(技術成熟度)也是國家工業基礎的重要體現。近年來在需求牽引下，我國鑄造高溫合金材料和精密鑄件的研發取得了顯著進展，但也在工程應用中不斷暴露問題，技術成熟度偏低，與國際先進水平仍有較大差距。本文結合近年來我們承擔的材料及鑄件研制任務，在(1)先進定向和單晶高溫合金材料研制，(2)復雜鑄件研制，(3)葉片的服役行為等方面，舉例介紹了相關應用基礎研究在高溫合金研制任務中發揮的重要作用。

Cast superalloy is widely used in aerospace and energy industry. The R&D of these alloys is correlated with a large variety of materials and disciplines. The TRL (Technology Readiness Level) of advanced cast superalloys is generally a mirror of the industry base of a country. China has made great progress in the field under the strong pull of demand in recent years. However, many issues are emerging in the industrial applications, reflect a low TRL of advanced materials and a large gap between China and the developed countries. We present (1) development of directionally solidified and single crystal superalloys, (2) processing techniques of complex castings and (3) service behavior of blades as examples in this paper to explain the important role of basic research in R&D of cast superalloys.
