新一代飛機(jī)起落架用馬氏體時(shí)效不銹鋼的研究Research and Development of Maraging Stainless Steel Used for New Generation Landing Gear

飛機(jī)起落架的性能與飛機(jī)的使用安全性密切相關(guān)，因此提高飛機(jī)起落架用材料的綜合性能至關(guān)重要。本文通過(guò)總結(jié)目前飛機(jī)起落架用材料的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題，提出了新一代飛機(jī)起落架用材料的發(fā)展方向，并重點(diǎn)介紹了一種新型起落架用鋼的微觀組織和力學(xué)性能。通過(guò)研究Fe-Cr-Ni-Co-Mo-Ti系馬氏體時(shí)效不銹鋼中Co元素對(duì)其微觀組織和性能的影響(“Co效應(yīng)”)，發(fā)展出一種兼顧高強(qiáng)度、高韌性和優(yōu)異耐蝕性能的新型馬氏體時(shí)效不銹鋼，并對(duì)其應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望。

Properties of landing gear are closely related to the service safety of aircraft. Thus, it is essential to improve the comprehensive properties of the material used for landing gear. This article briefly introduces the application status and existing problems of currently used landing gear materials, and a key factor so called “Co effect” which may affect the microstructure and properties of landing gear materials is discussed in detail. Finally, based on the experimental results, a new maraging stainless steel as a promising steel for new generation landing gear material is developed, and its mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and application prospect are described.
