3003鋁合金薄板超高轉速攪拌摩擦焊接頭的組織與性能Structure and Properties of 3003 Aluminum Alloy Sheet Joint Welded by Friction Stir Welding at Super High Rotation Speed

采用超高轉速攪拌摩擦焊設備對3003鋁合金薄板進行了焊接，研究了焊接接頭的微觀組織和力學性能。結果表明：在旋轉速度為11 000 r·min-1、焊接速度為1 000 mm·min-1的工藝參數下，可獲得焊接變形小、熱影響區窄、焊縫表面成型良好的焊接接頭；焊核區的顯微硬度達到了35 HV，且焊接接頭的抗拉強度達到了94.7 MPa，焊接接頭的微觀形貌顯示其內部不存在隧道、裂紋、孔洞等缺陷。

The 3003 aluminum alloy sheet was welded by equipment of friction stir welding at super high rotation speed, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied. The results show that the welded joint with small welding deformation, narrow heat impact zone and good quality welding surface obtained under the process parameters of rotating speed of 11 000 r·min-1and welding speed of 1 000 mm·min-1. The microhardness of the weld nugget zone reached 35 HV, and the tensile strength of the welded joint reached 94.7 MPa. The micro morphology of the welded joint showed that there were no defects such as tunnels, cracks and holes.
