亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的切削性能亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的切削性能Machinability of Graphitized Hypoeutectoid Free Cutting Steel 石墨易切削鋼是順應易切削鋼無鉛、低硫這一發展趨勢而提出的。本文以正火狀態的45鋼為基準材料,對亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的切削工藝進行了試驗研究。測試結果表明,刀具磨損屬于標準型磨損曲線;試驗用鋼的切屑的形狀主要呈C形并伴有少量螺旋屑,切削過程平穩,說明亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的切削性能較高,適于在數控機床和加工中心上批量生產。 Development of low-sulfur and Pb-free free cutting steel is significant because the use of S or Pb free-cutting steel can result in serious pollution. The hypoeutectoid graphitized free cutting steel was proposed. In this paper as the base material of normalized 45 steel, the cutting process of hypoeutectoid graphitized free cutting steel were studied. The results show that process of tool wear are standard wear curve,the shape of the chip were mainly C-shaped, accompanied by a small amount of spiral chip, cutting process were steady, this shows that hypoeutectoid graphite free cutting steel has high machinability. 上一篇: 亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的組織及力學性能
