Cu-3.6%Al2O3銅合金細(xì)絲加工過(guò)程中組織結(jié)構(gòu)演變規(guī)律Cu-3.6%Al2O3銅合金細(xì)絲加工過(guò)程中組織結(jié)構(gòu)演變規(guī)律Structure evolution of Cu-3.6%Al2O3 alloy fine wire during cold drawing 通過(guò)TEM和EBSD等技術(shù),研究Cu-3.6%Al2O3(體積分?jǐn)?shù))彌散強(qiáng)化銅合金細(xì)絲冷拉拔變形過(guò)程的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的演變規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:Cu-3.6%Al2O3(體積分?jǐn)?shù))彌散銅合金基體內(nèi)分布著大量的納米級(jí)γ-Al2O3彌散強(qiáng)化相,形貌以近球狀為主,還有少量尺寸為100~200 nm的呈棒狀的γ-Al2O3粒子。在冷拉拔變形過(guò)程中,晶粒沿著拉拔方向拉長(zhǎng),硬度增加。隨著拉伸的進(jìn)行,合金的變形織構(gòu)也在發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,當(dāng)冷拉拔變形率達(dá)88%時(shí),發(fā)生立方織構(gòu)(Cube)和銅型織構(gòu)(Copper)向黃銅織構(gòu)(Brass)、高斯織構(gòu)(Goss)和剪切織構(gòu)(S)的轉(zhuǎn)變;合金的顯微組織為由位錯(cuò)纏結(jié)形成的帶狀組織和位錯(cuò)胞結(jié)構(gòu)。 The microstructure and mechanical property evolution of Cu-3.6%Al2O3 (volume fraction) alloy fine wire during cold drawing were studied by TEM and EBSD. The results show that the massive nano-scale γ-Al2O3particles with near spherical like dispersively distribute on the matrix of the alloy strengthening phase, meanwhile, some rod-like particles with size of 100-200 nm also appear. During cold drawing, the grains are elongated and the hardness increases. With drawing process, the deformation texture of alloy changes, as the deformation reduction approaches 88%, the cube texture and copper texture transform to Brass texture, Goss texture and S texture.
