測定TC4鈦合金β相轉變溫度的金相法和差示掃描量熱法的對比測定TC4鈦合金β相轉變溫度的金相法和差示掃描量熱法的對比Comparison of Metallographic Method and Differential Scanning Calorimetry Method for Testing β Phase Transition Temperature of TC4 Titanium Alloy 以TC4鈦合金為例,根據航空航天工業部發布的鈦合金β相轉變溫度的測試標準,對比分析了金相法和差示掃描量熱法測試鈦合金β相轉變溫度結果的一致性及兩種方法的優缺點。結果表明:兩種方法得到的兩組TC4鈦合金β相轉變溫度的差值僅為7℃和1℃。可見兩種方法測試TC4鈦合金β相轉變溫度的結果較為一致,都可作為日常測試鈦合金β相轉變溫度的方法。 Taking the TC4 titanium alloy as an example, according to the testing standards of β phase transition temperature of titanium alloy released by the Ministry of Aerospace Industry, the results consistency of β phase transition temperature of titanium alloy measured by metallographic method and differential scanning calorimetry method was analyzed as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods. The results show that: the difference values of β phase transition temperature of two groups of TC4 titanium alloy measured by these two methods were only 7℃ and 1℃. The results of β phase transition temperature of TC4 titanium alloy measured by these two methods were in good agreement, and both of the two methods could be used as the common testing method for β phase transition temperature of titanium alloy. 全文下載:http://pan.baidu.com/s/1bpCcK8n
