弱電接觸材料Paliney型合金的性能及其應用

Paliney型合金是國外廣泛采用的弱電接觸材料,本文介紹Paliney-6、Paliney-7、Paliney-8 Paliney-9和Paliney-M五種合金的化學成份、性能及應用。這類合金大都是時效硬化效果明顯的合金,文中對Paliney-7的時效硬化特性進行了研究。該合金時效后的維氏硬度高達400kg/mm~2、抗拉強度高達150kg/mm~2、這類合金的共性是硬度高、強度高、彈性好、耐磨及抗環境氣氛腐蝕和抗電侵蝕,適合作電位器電刷、低壓直流通斷觸點、集成電路接點等。

美國J.M.Ney公司的Pd基高彈性電接點合金。具有優異的耐蝕性、耐高溫氧化性,有 Paliney M、4、9、No.6、No.7、No.8等。Paliney medium fusing為牙科用合金;Paliney CB為Au-Ag系牙科用合金。
