鞍鋼09CuPCrNi-A超薄寬幅鐵路耐候鋼板卷

2017年伊始，鞍鋼股份熱軋帶鋼廠1780線一次性成功開發出09CuPCrNi-A超薄寬幅鐵路耐候鋼。該鋼種經過深加工后將主要應用在某型號雙層凹底運輸汽車專用鐵路車輛的車廂門板上，對卷板表面質量及各項性能均有較高要求，既要有很高的表面質量，又要有良好的冶煉加工、成型和機械性能。

業內人士稱，此次超薄寬幅耐候鋼的成功開發，填補了鞍鋼超薄寬幅鐵路耐候鋼的產品空白，為鞍鋼進入該規格耐候鋼市場、拓寬鐵路用耐候鋼產品的市場覆蓋面、提升市場競爭力與客戶滿意度打下了堅實基礎。
