真空燒結(jié)泡沫304不銹鋼吸聲性能真空燒結(jié)泡沫304不銹鋼吸聲性能Sound absorption property of vacuum sintered 304 stainless steel foam 利用掛漿工藝,在1050 ℃下真空燒結(jié)3 h,成功制備三維網(wǎng)狀的泡沫304不銹鋼,制品燒結(jié)良好。樣品平均孔徑約1.8 mm,孔隙率約93.7%。測(cè)試該泡沫金屬在200~6300 Hz及其加入背腔后在2500~4000 Hz時(shí)的吸聲系數(shù), 探討背腔對(duì)樣品吸聲性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:本制品在測(cè)試范圍的中高頻段表現(xiàn)出較好的吸聲效果,其第一共振頻率為4000 Hz,此時(shí)最大吸聲系數(shù)約0.7;在1250~3150 Hz之間,增加樣品厚度可明顯提高吸聲效果;加入背腔可大幅度提高樣品的整體吸聲效果。 304 stainless steel foam with the pore size of about 1.8 mm and the porosity of about 93.7% was prepared by the slurry sintering method at 1050 ℃ for 3 h in vacuum. The sound absorption coefficient was tested for the foam at 200-6300 Hz and for the back cavity composite at 2500-4000 Hz. The results show that the foam sample shows a good sound absorption in the middle and high frequency range, exhibiting the first resonance frequency of around 4000 Hz and the maximum absorption coefficient of about 0.7.
