熔融6061/4043鋁合金在TC4鈦合金表面的反應潤濕熔融6061/4043鋁合金在TC4鈦合金表面的反應潤濕Reactive wetting of TC4 alloy by molten Al 6061 and 4043 alloys 本文采用改良座滴法研究了高真空條件下熔融6061和4043鋁合金在600-700oC分別與TC4鈦合金的潤濕行為。研究表明Al/Ti體系屬于典型的反應潤濕,整個潤濕過程分為兩個階段,即先非線性鋪展、后線性鋪展階段;鋁合金中微量的Si元素在界面上產生了明顯的富集并在界面上形成了富Si的Ti7Al5Si12;潤濕過程中出現了明顯的前驅膜并伴隨了較好的最終潤濕性;鋪展過程中Ti7Al5Si12的分解對應于非線性鋪展階段,Ti7Al5Si12分解的同時伴隨Al3Ti形成對應于線性鋪展階段。 Wetting of TC4 alloys by two industrial grade Al alloys (i.e., Al 6061and 4043alloys) was studied by modified sessile drop method at 600-700 oC under high vacuum. The results show: Al/Ti system is a typical reactive wetting and the wetting behavior can be divided into two stages, the first stage for the nonlinear spreading, the second stage for the linear spreading; the small amount of alloying element Si in the alloys can cause significantly segregation at liquid/solid interface and formed the Si-rich phase (Ti7Al5Si12); The formation of precursor film accompanies with the good final wettability; Ti7Al5Si12 decomposition is responsible for the nonlinear spreading, and Ti7Al5Si12 decomposition and Al3Ti formation are together are responsible for the linear spreading.
