TA18鈦合金管收縮應(yīng)變比的測定及其影響因素TA18鈦合金管收縮應(yīng)變比的測定及其影響因素Contraction Strain Ratio Determination and Its Influencing Factors of TA18 Titanium Alloy Tube 對TA18鈦合金管收縮應(yīng)變比rCS的測定原理和方法進(jìn)行了探討, 同時(shí)分析了影響rCS測定的幾種因素。結(jié)果表明: 取樣長度、熱處理狀態(tài)、拉伸速率和伸長率終止條件等因素均對rCS的測定結(jié)果有顯著影響, 導(dǎo)致rCS測定結(jié)果偏低或重現(xiàn)性較差。對于本試驗(yàn)12 mm×0.8 mm的TA18鈦合管, 其rCS測定合適的試驗(yàn)條件如下: 試樣熱處理狀態(tài)為退火態(tài), 取樣長度為150 mm, 兩端堵頭長度為30 mm, 拉伸速率為1 mm·min-1或2 mm·min-1, 試驗(yàn)終止條件為7%伸長率。 The determination principle and method of contraction strain ratio rCS of TA18 titanium alloy tube were discussed. At the same time, several factors influencing the determination of rCS were analyzed. The results show that factors such as sampling length, heat treatment condition, tensile rate and elongation terminating condition all had significant effects on the testing results of rCS, resulting in lower testing results or poor reproducibility. For the test 12 mm×0.8 mm TA18 titanium alloy tube, the feasible determination conditions of rCS were as follows: the heat treatment condition of specimen was annealing state, the sampling length was 150 mm, the plug length was 30 mm, the tensile rate was 1 mm·min-1 or 2 mm·min-1, and the test terminating elongation was 7%.
