Tungstite's acquisition of Cengjia completed![]() Both Cengjia and Tungstite are now part of the Linsi Group Tungstite's acquisition of Cengjia has been completed as planned. In conjunction with the acquisition, Linsi Group has increased its ownership in Tungstite, which now becomes a majority-owned subsidiary of Linsi. This enables a closer cooperation between the three companies with the ambition to become the world leader in Metal additive manufacturing (metal AM) or metal 3D printing. “Cengjia has extensive experience of Metal additive manufacturing. Together, we will be able to benefit from each other's expertise, experience and global reach within the Linsi Group.
