娓娓道“錸”——金屬錸在單晶合金中的應用

第一代單晶合金，以美國PWA1480(用于F100-220發動機)、ReneN4(用于F110-129 CMF56-5發動機)，英國SRR99(用于RB211 RB199發動機)、法國AM3 (用于M88-2發動機)和蘇聯32(用于31發動機)為代表。這一代單晶合金，是不含錸的。

第二代單晶合金，以美國PWA1484(用于PW4000發動機)、CMSX-4(用于EJ200發動機)，英國RenaN5(用于GE90發動機)、俄國36為代表。
部分第二代單晶合金，開始采用了錸。比如36，采用了2%的錸。CMSX-4 (合金成分為Ni-9Co-6.5Cr-6W-6.5Ta-5.6Al-3Re-1Ti-0.6Mo)采用了3%的錸。

第三代單晶合金，以美國ReneN6 、CMSX-10為代表，兩種牌號錸的含量最高分別達5.6% 和7%，難熔元素的總含量(Re、Ta W Mo)高達20%。日本的TMS-75也是第三代，含錸5%。

第四代單晶合金，以日本的TMS-138和MC-NG為代表。二者分別含錸5%和含錸4%，同時加入Ru。

第五代單晶合金，以日本的TMS-162為代表。含錸6%。
